PrintUsing short brush strokes begin at the highest point of your brow~s natural arch and move along to the outer tip. Next, lightly fill-in the inner half of the brow using the same technique. Using a brow/lash comb, brush the brows to soften the powder and blend it into the brows to increase volume.
