A waste of money
This product made my eyes feel very scratchy and made them extremely watery.
I've contacted By Terry 6 times about returning this product but have yet to receive a clear response.
However, they have passed on my email address to a third party!
I really expected better customer service from a high end brand like By Terry

Beautifully soft eye liner
This is the third one of these that I have bought in Brown Stellar which is a lovely shimmery brown. It is so soft it glides on and is easy to blend.

Fab eye pencil
I see from other reviewers that this eye pencil is either a hit or a miss. For me the crayon khol in Brown Stellar is a great hit for two reasons: the vibrant colour with a hint of shimmer which makes my eyes pop and the soft tip which glides on effortlessy even on top of powder eyeshadow . I love it is also easy to smudge for a softer but still expressive look, before the colour sets to a long-lasting, though not budge proof, finish. My only complain is that, because it is so soft, it needs sharpening quite often, if you are bothered with a very fine and precise line, and it runs out quite quickly.
