Fantastic, does what it says.
This really does work very well. I've been using it since last autumn, so I've not yet used it in the summer time, I will be interested to see how it holds up in the heat. Although lets face it English summers are hardly tropical! I use just a thin layer, which I softly pat on from lid to brow. It has a slight white tint which does become transparent once patted on. When I first used it I did put too much on and it did leave a slight white wash on the lids. That being said once the eye colour was applied it was not noticeable. It dries instantly, so no waiting around for it to set. Also good for sensitive eyes, which I do have and have not had any issues.
The main thing is it actually works! It really keeps eyeshadows in place all day, great for when you are wearing bright and intense colours, or doing a fancy blending and shading look. In particular if you're using a cheaper brand of eyeshadow this is an absolute must, since they tend to be less pigmented and long lasting, in my experience.
Bit of a tip - to make sure any eyeshadow lasts well always push and pat the colour firmly onto the lid and socket before blending (instead of just stroking the colour across). Also I've discovered that if you have very sparse eyebrows, a very thin layer of this in those areas helps your brow colour to last. I've even used a very little on my lips to create a base if i'm wearing a bright and intense lip colour.
NARS packaging, as always, gets pretty dirty quickly, but not a big issue. I will still repurchase this product.

Best smudge proof on market.
Extremely happy with this product, your eye liner and shadow remain put all day long, would not leave home without it.

Love this product
I love this so much I was inspired to write my first ever review. I have always had such an issue with keeping make up in place - it looks flawless until about 5 minutes after I leave the house when it slides off in a smudgy mess.
Since finding this product, I have had not any issues whatsoever with eyemake creasing, sliding off or smudging.
I use this over the eyelid area (note - do not use foundation there first as it can make the skin too oily to hold the make up) and then add my usual eye make up. It stays put all day and even into the night.
I cannot recommend this enough - it is soooooo worth a try.
