Amazing results

Im in love with this Drunk Elephant Protini Powerpeptide Resurfacing Surem and how it left my face so youthful and radiant. I applied it morning and night into my skincare routine. It really did a great job at diminishing my fine lines on my forehead, getting rid of any dullness my skin had which was a lot which in turn left it looking radiant and worked at evening out any uneven texture I had on my skin leaving it silky smooth. So basically this serum does multiple things and is powerful and potent. It really does work and you get results that your skin proves. My skin looks and feels amazing! I’m so happy with this serum!

Not a Standout

Once I freed myself from the clutches of manual exfoliation, I needed a chemical alternative that would be gentler but comparably effective. I'd tried a certain BHA toner but it was just too intense, even when mixed into a carrier serum. I now use this product alongside DE's C-Firma for added brightening and firming but started them separately so I could get a better idea of how each performed individually. Full disclosure: I do use Tretinoin almost nightly so keep that in mind as you read ahead. . I like to apply this to the face, neck and back of hands before moisturizing but after serums about two or three times a week, morning or night. It's been three months. The mechanism of action here is a power peptide blend, which is new to me. I did not find the results to be instantaneous, but it eventually did address some uneven texture issues really effectively, though moreso than it brightened and/or firmed. . Overall, Protoni is lightweight albeit a bit oily, effective (though not in the way I anticipated), did not pill, and of course the packaging is just darling. That said, I nonetheless find this product underwhelming because I have yet to experience the full spectrum of benefits it promises. I feel affirmed in this assessment after reading a handfull reviews that I should have listened to beforehand but your mileage may vary and many people love it. Protini is far from a "flop" and Drunk Elephant is a fabulous company but every product can't be a hit. Three stars.

Good

I have just finished a 15ml bottle of this serum which came in one of the 2023 Drunk Elephant Christmas edits. I used it every morning for approximately 2 1/2 months and I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin. It appears brighter and less textured. It works well with both Drunk Elephant products and other brands. I found it easy to incorporate into my routine and would be happy to purchase it in the future.
