Using an eye shadow brush, dip the brush into the Creme Powder Eyeshadow and apply over the entire eyelid.
To achieve a high fashion application with depth, dip the brush into the eyeshadow and begin at the root of lash line and blend outwards. Layer the color until desired depth is achieved.
Can also be used with an eye liner brush to brush along the lash line.
