Love this brand and both of these equally if aromatherapy works for you can only recommend- can’t work out the difference but both smell great and have desired effects so would buy again and also gift

They both work!!
I bought this pillow spray pack as wanted to see if I could tell of feel difference in the plus version as when in store and spraying with all the background scents I can never work out what the difference is… the plus vets comes in glass bottle so if was gifting- it feels like a more luxurious product but both work are not overpowering (bf did not complain about smells…. Which some might time sprays he’s really disliked!) The plus version is less noticeably lavender scented, but both smell great is oral my pillow and edge of duvet and it makes the difference jumping into bed… like having cleans sheets…. It feels luxurious and relaxing and it works for me, recommend both or either one!!

I have been buying This Works Bedtime sprays for many years now for both myself and my family and they really help to promote a feeling of relaxation and calm. This bedtime duo allows you to see which scent you prefer but both are lovely and work extremely well.

Yes - they are worth it
I have repurchased these full sizes again and again. They make the perfect gift too. I love that both are slightly different scents - the sleep plus is a herby lavender and the original is a light lavender, not soapy. Both sprays are essential fixtures in my bedtime routine.

Brilliant Bedtime Duo
I have previously purchased both this sleep sprays seperately and so couldn't resist the duo. Although they seem to smell quite similar they do help with both getting to sleep and staying asleep. I've been experimenting with using individually and combined and find both options work well!
