Sample - like
I received a sample of this in my order. I found that the sample had an interesting smell - not one that I can place but not unpleasant. The colour of the serum is a caramel. I felt that it had a good quality, and was silky on the skin. I had no adverse effects and I have sensitive skin. I would definitely try again.

Sample - Enjoyed
I received a sample of this in my last order. I found that the sample had an interesting smell - not one that I can place but not unpleasant. I think the sample size isn't enough to be able to tell whether effective which is typical for sample sizes of course, but it felt nice.

Good but a bit drying
I used a sample sachet of this eye treatment and noticed a slight reduction in puffiness, but it made no difference to my dark circles. I noticed a slight tingling after the first use and I felt that it was a bit drying (making fine lines more visible), so needed to be followed up with a rich moisturiser.
Best Use: Reduce Puffiness, Firming, Anti-Aging

Did brighten, unsure on firming
I've been trying a sample of this AM and PM for the last week. My eyes were a little dry and irritated so I wasn't sure how the lactic acid would react with the skin but it actually caused no issues, the irritation seems to have cleared up and my under eye area is definitely smoother. I would even say I've notice a very slightly minimisation of my dark under eyes, though I had to really scrutinise, but there is a difference. I also like that this has occurred without the need for added shimmer. However I can't comment on the firming properties, though to be fair I probably haven't been using the product long enough to see that difference, which probably does make the brightening result more impressive.

Why?
Doesn't do anything really? For the price you would think it would actually work and brighten those under eyes but alas it's just not anything special at all. Also, it stains a bit because it comes out yellowish. Vitamin C should not stain, at least a good one. A no from me.
