Soft and creamy, it’s the perfect solution to the difficult task of lining the inner edge of the lid and blending colour around the base of the lashes.

With a wider tip than most eye pencils, this liner is specifically designed for creating bold, dramatic looks. It won’t irritate the eye and it easily forms a smooth, clean line which can be gently smudged or feathered for a subtler look.

Glide the Inner Eye Definer along the inside of the eyelid and the base of the lashes for a dramatic look. Use Laura's "dot and wriggle" motion to fill the entire lash line at the roots of lashes creating the look of lush, extra full lashes. For a softer look, line above the upper lash line and smudge with the Smudge Brush.
