Best moisturizer I've ever used
I have oily, acne-prone skin that is also dehydrated and becomes dull and congested very easily. I have looked for decades for a gel moisturizer like this that does not contain silicones/dimethicone or fragrance, which also break me out. This is it! I never want to be without it, please never discontinue it! Not only does it provide the perfect amount of moisture for me, the beta glucan calms breakouts and redness. Truly the best ever.

Perfect for AM hydration
This is a great moisturiser for those on the oilier side to use in the AM. Has a lovely silky texture that almost feels like a cleanser but gives the skin instant hydration. Is a little more expensive than some other products from The Ordinary but the volume of product makes it worth it

I feel protected. I feel clean. I feel hydrated.
My skin type is combination, acne-prone (even on my normal/dry cheeks) and sensitive. This moisturizer is IDEAL for me. The NMF+HA has a great reputation, yet I still got some issues with it : my skin would be a little greasy on the short term; I could eventually get breakouts. I would recommend this gel moisturizer (NMF+Beta Glucan), if you need something truly lightweight. The NMF+BG is easily spread and quickly absorbed. In fact, it penetrates so well that your skin is ‘’dry’’ just after a few minutes. It seals perfectly the other products of my routine. Moreover, it does leave somewhat of a film on the skin. Personally, I love it; it almost feels like a second skin barrier. I feel protected. I feel clean. I feel hydrated. I love this product so much that I just bought a second tube; my first one lasted about three months. I use it AM and PM. It is hard to find products that complement the polar opposites of my combination skin. This moisturizer is gentle and versatile. I hold the NMF+BG in high esteem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is really good if you have normal to oily skin. i have dry skin and. i did not feel that it was enough for me. it leaves a sticky residue on the skin, almost as if it’s a mask you left on for too long if that makes sense
