It’s hydrating and healing and I either use this as a mist to dampen my face before serum or use it as a toner. (Smells like pickles)

Allies of skin as a brand - their producrs seem very hit and miss - some great products and some duds sadly.

This isn’t like splashing your face with water, it’s a powerhouse of skin barrier-supporting goodness. It sets you up for the rest of your skincare routine by holding hands with your other actives and taking them for a swim into the deeper layers of your dry chops. Beautiful!

I have never felt the benefit of any of the mists I have tried before, but this really leaves a nice additional layer of hydration. The spray is powerful and one pump is usually enough between skincare layers or as a boost on top of moisturiser during the day,

I bought this mist to use before serums. Unlike most sprays which basically just moisten the face, I would say this one is quite potent (you can tell form the ingredient list as well) so I would try to use it whenever my skin feels a bit irritated. Otherwise it works well with other products with AOS.
