As a conditioner: apply to wet hair, then rinse away.
As a deep conditioner: apply to wet hair, leave on for 30 minutes, then rinse away.

As a detangler: apply to wet or dry hair. Work through with finger tips to gently remove knots and shed hair.

Best as a leave in
I started off using this as a regular conditioner after every shampoo but found that it works better as a leave in conditioner. My hair is very thick and dry and so needs more of a softening

Excellent leave in conditioner
I have been looking for a softening and detangling conditioner which is heavy enough to tame my long frizzy bleached wavy hair. This is it, wow. It’s got excellent slip - such a great detangler! A little goes a long way so a bottle should last me a while. It really useful for between washes when my ends could do with a bit of love but it’s not yet time for a wash. LOVE IT.
