One of the best
I love this primer sunscreen I always return to it. It doesn’t leave any white chalky residue. It finishes off clear and matte on the skin. But not drying. Very beautuful healthy sheen. It’s perfect for summer. But I find it works all round the year. It’s perfect under make up. A beautuful healthy luminous finish. I ways buy a spare so I don’t run out.

light and effective
I am always looking for high spf and primers - I've uneven skin tone due to skin cancer/scarring from melanoma removal. This product just fits the bill. it is light and applies quickly and evenly - many primers can be tacky/sticky - this isn't. It is now my primer/spf of choice. I just put some tinted moisturiser on top and the damaged skin is hardly noticeable.

This is really just the best facial spf ever!! Has a lovely finish and feels nourishing and comfortable. Never irritates my skin, gives moisture and protection and is an excellent primer. Very nice base for foundation and the most important for me, no irritation.

Greasy, not glowing
I got a generous sample in a Space NK shop. I have tried the other By Terry primer that comes with the translucent powder (was terrible) but as this was new I thought I'd try it as I usually wear sunscreen then primer but I'm looking for a primer with SPF to cut down on the layering and number of products on holiday. Currently use Caudile factor 50 followed by Kevin Aucoin primer and it seems that routine isn't going to change just yet. I found this primer made my skin quite radiant, to the point of being a little greasy looking and I certainly would not wear it on its own without making it more matte with powder. Perhaps because I already use a very effective brightening serum this is then a bit much on top. I look more greasy than glowing. I didn't experience any pilling (under Rare Beauty or Armani foundations followed by Hourglass or Laura Mercier powders). I also didn't find I had a white cast. I have dark skin - I also took selfies to test the white cast factor. This doesn't feel thick at all and dries quite quickly. My foundation went on beautifully and if you want that radiant look after applying your base this would certainly give it to you but I do think oily skin types might struggle, especially as the day wears on. I find I actually need to blot my skin by the time the afternoon comes around so not ideal. This does have a fragrance, floral, but it's gorgeous! I don't think this is the replacement one stop shop primer SPF that I'm after because of my combination skin and I don't like looking or feeling greasy but it could certainly work for others and I would recommend, but with those caveats.

Great texture
Bought this as a replacement sunscreen for my usual one which was about to finish as I read so many good reviews about it and I know the brand is very well known and I have to say I do love the way it feels on my skin. It’s easily absorbed, doesn’t leave streaks or marks and is non greasy and my make up glides on effortlessly afterwards. My daughter has discovered it too and has also been using it so may have to buy myself another soon.
