Reset Cleanser can be applied to damp or dry skin. Simply apply a few pumps into clean, wet hands. Gently rub your hands together and then, using light circular motions, massage into the face. Rinse well with water and softly pat your skin with a face cloth.
How to use the Reset Cleanser refill system:
- Remove the pump from the bottle
- Open your refill and pour it into the bottle
- Close the bottle with the pump
- Recycle your empty refill according to local recycling instructions

Much cheaper when buying a refill
This is not the cheapest cleanser but it it is great for sensitive skin and leaves your face feeling thoroughly cleansed but not dried out. I love the fact that there is a refill for this. It is very good for the planet and also much cheaper than buying a new cleanse from this brand.

Honestly I am not sure where all the positive reviews come from???? I received this as a gift from a family member. Lovely to receive and extra special that it is Stella McCartney brand ......but..... That's where it ends. The price is just stupid for a celebrity led brand. It's nice but definitely not anything special. It's a big fat no from me

lOVE IT
I have been using this cleanser for quite a while now and I love it. I use it every night. It perfectly removes my make-up (including my Victoria Bekhman liner and my Clinique tube mascara) and my skin feels really pure and clean after use. I have a sensitive skin and I like that my skin is not pulling after use.

Overpriced but good cleanser
This cleaners is extremely overpriced and there is a drastic price difference when you compare the refill to the original which proves you're paying significantly more for the packaging. That said this is genuinely a good cleaners with decent ingredients and does a good job of removing my eye make up in a kind manner.
