Nice but not for me

I am a fan of chanterelle product and have previously used their foundation for years. I received this as a sample with a recent purchase and was excited to try but the scent was too overpowering and perfumed for my taste. The product was light and easily absorbed by the skin but rose scent was too heavy for me.

Best Use: Hydrating

I got this face cream in one of the free gift with purchase promotions and it was a small tub but I got a few uses out of it. I thought it was too strong smelling but I suppose if you are a big fan of rose scents you might enjoy it. I thought the texture was also too rich for my oily skin.

Not sure

I have tried this from a 5ml sample. It was nice, a light texture with a pleasant rose aroma. For my 55 complexion it didn't moisturise enough. I do use expensive products sometimes but they need to be very good for me to shell out so much, this is the reason for 3 rather than 4 star review.

this is a truky lovely to use , effective and long lasting daily moisturising cream . A little goes a long way and it is graet under make up whether a base moisturiser with any othertreatment cream , or just on its own . mrning and/or evening . It's fragrance is gorgeous , its texture light but effective . it will be astaple of mine now that I have tried it. Truly Chantecaille !

It was Ok

This is probably too light a texture for my preference, but I thought I’d use up a sample pot during the (very few!) hot days of summer. It was fine, but really still not moisturising enough for my dry 51 year old skin. If you’re a fan of rose scents (I am not) you might find more joy. But for me it is a pass.
