Rated 4 out of 5 by Lu2020 from Happy I bought it I am happy with the curling iron on the whole. The lower temperature settings are good to have as the high temperature is super hot on the hair. However, the heat fixes the curl very well even on my thick strong hair. I bought it for the rotating feature and it is really helpful once practiced at using it on the left, right and back. The only criticism I have is that the short metal clamp is a little tricky to master. The ends of the hair need to be securely clamped or the hair will slip away during the rotation. I often find I need to clamp away from the very tips which can leave messy kinks in the ends of my hair if the hair has rotated over the metal clamp instead of keeping the hair on the ceramic barrel. It's good to wear a glove and avoid burning fingers. The curling iron does work exceptionally well for what it's meant to do so I reccommend.

Only thing that’s been a problem is that it says on the site that it’s dual voltage (100-240v). So should be able to travel anywhere with it. But when it arrived it’s actually 220-240v and the user manual says not to use it with an adapter or a voltage converter. So looks like I actually can’t travel with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Annieh from Great for longer hair So I find with other curling devices if you have long hair it can take forever. This takes the tangling out and helps quicken things up. It still takes time but it much more easier than other tongs and wands. iy takes a while to get used to the button to curl but once you get used to it it’s a breeze.

This is so easy and it does what it says on the tin. It leaves you with beautiful waves and not ringlets. It also is really speedy, I have thick hair and I can curl it in no time. Highly recommend!
