Really good
Wasn’t sure what to expect from this – it is really lightweight so a big thumbs up. I had to shampoo twice as it didn’t feel squeaky clean with one wash. It leaves your hair super soft even without conditioner. Nice light scent. Hair feels lifted and bouncier but this only lasted a day and not until my next wash. When shampoos say volume they only give me frizz but this didn’t. Will be purchasing again but it wont be replacing as my usual shampoo due to the price.

Good option for adding body
Like the fact that this is vegan and also sulfate and paraben free. Good for fine hair and has a pleasant scent as with most Ouai products. Bought this because the JVN shampoo was unavailable but may stick with this now.

Started off good but hair got used to it
It is a lovely shampoo! At first I was a big fan – my hair reacted so well to it and definitely stayed cleaner/fresher for longer (full 2 days). It also lasts a very long time, a little goes a long way with it. However, Im not half-way through the bottle and noticed that my hair seems to become grease quite quickly after it which I imagine is because it got used to it and now I need to wash it daily. Wont be buying again any time soon but I do think its got promise.

Helped my scalp
This was my first expensive hair care purchase. I had a bad reaction to my normal shampoos where my scalp became very dry and started thinning my hair around my widow's peak. I spend money on face care so why not try haircare! This product has helped my hair. My hairline is growing back and my hair feels healthy and happy. As someone with fine hair, I don't find this product heavy and it doesn't weigh my hair down. They are smaller bottles but I have been using them for 2 months and wash my hair every second day and I have only gone through 1/4 of the bottle. The only point I will make is that I sometimes have to shampoo my hair twice as once it lathers, it doesn't always disperse all the way through my hair.
