Frequently asked questions

We use either Royal Mail or DHL for Standard and Next Day services and Stuart for 2 hour delivery.

Once you receive an email to confirm your order is on its way, a tracking link will be provided.

Please contact Customer Services with your order number and correct address ready.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

They will hold your order for 14 days, after that, it will be returned to our warehouse.

For Standard and Click and Collect, it will be delivered within 2-4 working days.

If you place the order before the cut off time, you will receive it on Monday. If you place the order after the cut off time, you will receive it on Tuesday.

For Next Day delivery, orders will be shipped on time if placed by 8pm (Monday-Friday), however, our delivery partners might force some delays during this unprecedented time. We are also no longer asking recipients to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14th March 2020. Please click here to find out more.

For tracked delivery we use DPD. For Express delivery we use DHL. All taxes and duties are paid by Space NK on your behalf.

Space NK pays all import taxes and duties on your behalf, and these are already included in the shipping price.

You will receive your order within 5- 7 working days (Monday - Friday) with our Standard delivery or in 1-2 working days using our Express service.
