How to Apply
A well-cared for Diptyque 190g candle will burn for up to 60 hours. Your candle will burn clean and evenly down to the bottom of the glass if you burn it for at least two hours the first time - or until the whole top is liquid with wax. After blowing out your candle, centre and straighten the wick. Trim the wick to about half a centimetre long before relighting the candle. By shortening the wick you allow it to burn more slowly and avoid unsightly black smoke marks around the edge of the glass. Do not place the candle in a wind draught or directly on a glass or marble surface. Never leave a lit candle unattended. Never move or tip a lit candle. Keep out of reach of children.

If you like fressias and lilly of the valley you will like this candle for sure. I bought the full size and will deffenitely buy another one as soon as its back in stock. I can't live without it now... LOVE!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely white flowers I wanted something white flower-y, but not too intense or sweet, and this is great! I used to get Diptyque's Gardenia before, but found it a bit too much for what I wanted, and this is just right. It is light but still manages to fill my living room with a pleasant scent. Burn time is about the same as all other Diptyque's classic size candles -- which is usually better than similarly sized cheaper brands. Definitely recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely scent Bought in November because I needed a change from the heavier winter scented candles, it’s very reminiscent of fresh freesias. Scent fills a space easily as is normal from Diptyque. I haven’t tried the perfume so I can’t comment on it’s similarity. Delicious!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful scent I tried the perfume version of this a while ago and, disappointingly, found it a bit too sweet on my skin, but I love the smell of freesias. This candle is a perfect summer scent, very light and fresh and clean. As with all Diptyque candles, it burns really well and the smell fills a room. Lovely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Summer in a glass I love freesias and was very disappointed with the Ofresia perfume, so I was quite hesitant with this candle. However, it doesn’t disappoint. It’s hard to get a true freesia fragrance but although this isn’t exact it isn’t far off. Soft and gentle, it’s still robust enough to fragrance a room and burns slowly and evenly. A fresh, summery floral scent with a delicate sweetness.
