Used to be perfect
It was a repeat purchase for me for quite a while. I loved the smell and my hair look great. It seems that the formulation has changed over the years because my last jar has gone jelly-like before I even had a chance to use half of it. I won’t be repurchase it, sadly.

The reviews I read before purchase raved about its scent but I thought it smelled quite matronly. It was not easy to use because you have to scoop out the product and over time you get water accumulated in the jar. My hair did not look any healthier after use. I noticed no difference to justify the price. I will not repurchase.

I received a sample of this product. The product seems very luxurious, nice packaging, beautiful scent etc. Overall, I thought it was okay - it made my hair look more shiny and healthy but so did others at lower prices, e.g., my fav R co. Plus I didn't like texture of the product. I was very grateful to try it - now I know I would not buy it.

Not great
I like the scent and the application, but after a while, the texture becomes more gooey. The worst thing is, it takes a lot of effort to rinse out. I sometimes end up with peeling leftovers of the shampoo. I won't be repurchasing it, but found the packaging handy when in vacation.
