Charlotte Tilbury The Classic Eyeliner can be swept along the lash line to create a continuous line, then layered or smudged to produce the desired effect. For a bolder look, line both lash lines and use a brush to angle the outer edges upwards for added drama.

How to Apply
To use, start by pulling your lid taut with your spare hand. Sweep the eyeliner pencil across your upper lash line, then re-trace the line for added intensity.

The Classic Brown is less harsh on my skintone than a black eyeliner and the formula is fantastic. It stays on for hours but also allows a slight smudging effect if you do this straight away! Would definitely recommend as an everyday make-up bag staple.

I think this would be universally flattering. It glides on easily. Just not sure if it stands out enough against other products for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic This liner by Charlotte Tilbury was recommended by beauty journalist Sali Hughes who uses it daily. And like her other recommendations it didn’t disappoint. Color classic brown is wonderful neutral brown that looks stunning on blue eyes. It has no shimmer so you can do it in between your lashes and the line wouldn’t show only your eyes will look bigger.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from CT Classic Eyeliner I use eyeliner religiously and the Charlotte Tilbury Classic Eyeliner is just as its name suggested, a very classic eyeliner indeed. It lines my eyes easily, without dragging my eyelid, works well for waterline too. The color last throughout the day and stays even on the hottest day. I have both in black and brown, will definitely repurchase when I'm running out of it soon.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Like but don’t love I find this eye pencil nice but that’s about it. It does blend and you can go for bold or smoked and it does last but I don’t find it as long lasting or easy to apply as my usual eye pencil. I find I have to tug on my lids with it more. Not sure if that’s just down to the colour I chose or if it’s the same with all the formulations. Because of this I won’t be repurchasing and will stick to my usual one.
