Apply two to three pumps on to your face, neck, décolleté and eye contour, each morning and night. Gently massaging into skin until it is absorbed.
How to use the Alter-Care Serum refill system:
- Lift the refill out of the bottle
- Hold the neck of the refill, unscrew the cap and put it aside
- Take the pump and screw the refill into it
- Hold the bottle with the STELLA logo facing you, then insert the pump and refill into the bottle with the pump facing you. Ensure it is fully inserted and then screw until you hear a click.
- Keep the cap of the refill if you wish to use it by itself or on the go

a nourishing and hydrating serum
Got several samples in GWPs and just started using them. This serum leaves my skin deeply nourished and hydrated. I usually apply after a few drops of hyalaraunic acid, wait a few minutes and then follow up with moisturiser (and SPF if morning time). No piling occurring which is great (one of my bugbears). And skin feels plumped and hydrated. I see some reviews comment on price but for a 50ml it may be on par. However, there are toners from Korean skincare that provide some sort of hydrating/plumping effect for fraction of the price. I see the description of the product says that continued use provides a 'regenerating' effect. I cannot testify to that but would assume retinol/retinal be a preferable alternative.

Nice serum, but no noticeable benefits
I tried a sample of this serum and it's pleasant to use and feels hydrating, but I didn't notice any benefits that make it worth the huge price tag. I probably need to use it longer to notice a difference, but then I'm not sure it's worth the investment

Good serum
I tried a sample of this serum in one of my latest orders and I really liked using it on a daily basis. I noticed a difference in the texture of my skin and the product felt good my skin. However considering the price point, there are a lot of alternative serums that can achieve similar results for less.

Stella aftercare serum
I received this serum as a sample , it is a lovely serum with a need subtle scent , it definitely sinks in to skin quickly and doesn’t leave a residue , and interesting that this surem can be used on the delicate eye area , that’s a first for me , this is however a very pricey product , I would buy if in promotion, and great that it is actually refillable

AMAZING
Very soft after care serum that is rejuvenating, hydrating and protects the the barrier between your skin and pores underneath. Repairs the barrier and restores clear skin. It is lasts for a very long time. Would definitely recommend and will most definitely be buying again soon!! The team in the store were also super helpful in assisting me.
