The Medik8 vitamin C serum recommended for all round good skin health and a visible brightening boost.

Featuring an increased level of tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, a stabilised, low irritation form of vitamin C that has the gentle power to address visible signs of ageing. The vitamin C is crafted with vitamin E, teaming up to shield the skin from free radicals which lead to premature skin ageing.

The velvety serum, also features vitamin F and squalane to nourish and reinforce the skin’s natural protective barrier. Meanwhile, optimised red ginseng boosts the serum’s brightening powers for a luminous, even complexion.

Skin is left visibly smooth, nourished, supple and radiant.

Medik8 recommend a simple, highly effective anti-ageing strategy of using vitamin C and sunscreen in the morning and vitamin A at night. This strategy is called: CSA.

How to Apply

After cleansing skin in the morning, apply 4 drops across the face, neck and décolletage. Leave to absorb into skin before applying moisturiser. The highly potent formula may tingle slightly for a few seconds after application. This in normal and indicates the product is working.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Pinkshelibean from Good but not suitable for me I really loved this serum but, unfortunately my skin didn't. It is oil based and sinks in quickly without leaving skin greasy, I even applied my hydrating serum over the top and had no issues with it sitting on the skin. My skin glowed after a couple of weeks then I got large painful bumps under my skin, this was the culprit. Great but just not for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kath_V from Lovely Glow I was so pleased when Space NK started stocking Medik8 products. Of the products I have tried so far, I am yet to be disappointed. I liked this vitamin C straight away, it has a nice subtle citrus smell and a light consistency that sinks into the skin and leaves a nice glow. Be careful not to apply too much otherwise it leaves an oily slick. It lasts a long time so quite cost effective.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BeautyStar from Fantastic brightening Vitamin C serum This is currently my favourite Vitamin C serum. I am not usually a fan of serum's with pipettes as I feel you can waste a lot of product however this has a good consistency and it is easy to apply the 4 drops recommended. It also mixes well with a niacinamide serum such as the Clarity Peptides for even more brightening. It is highly effective giving skin a lovely glow and I also feel some improvement in texture. It doesn't leave any residue or tidemark and wears well under makeup. Highly recommend.

It was a tad oily in the summer and needed time to sink in before my next step, but was worth it. I liked how the pipette has measurements down the side. Perfect dosage every time. The bottle lasted ages, so even though it was somewhat expensive, it was very good value.
