Beautiful and Long Lasting
I was using Charlotte Tilbury Air Brush Flawless Finish until I read the ingredients and realised it contains four Parabens (I should have read the ingredients before I made my purchase). So I wasn’t sure what to buy as a replacement. Having read the reviews here I thought I’d try Hourglass Veil. I only purchased a travel size to try it out and agree with other reviews that the small container does make it a little less easy to use. But I absolutely love the product. The powder is superfine and very delicate but it has amazing lasting power. It set my foundation beautifully and is very good a blurring lines and pores. It was not at all chalky and did not settle into lines or pores. It is slightly light reflecting but does not add any colour being truly translucent. I have very sensitive skin and am always cautious about using something new to me, but a week in to use I have had no reaction. I would definitely recommend this product as a setting powder especially for more mature skin.

Great
I really like this powder product. I would normally wear a pressed powder but decided to give loose a go to try baking technique to make my make up stay. The powder is translucent so gives your skin a blurring affect without the colour and makes the skin smooth. If I was going to use a loose powder I would without a doubt choose this one. I really recommend trying

Fine Bluriing Powder
This is fine and a blurring powder. I have a combination skin and it reduces the oiliness along the T-zone. It kept my makeup in shape the whole day. It is subtle, light, and not cakey. The travel size has a lot of products. I must say that this is a beautiful powder and loved this, but not the price tag.

WORKS WELL
I bought this primarily to help set makeup rather than the finish - I already use the Hourglass powders and am very happy with the finish I get with those. As a makeup setting powder it works well - removes shine and does seem to help makeup last longer, though I think I still prefer Laura Mercier, particularly given the price and size difference. I use a number of Hourglass products that I think are worthwhile despite the cost, but I'm not sure this is one of them.

Fine and luxurious
As a person with oily, acne prone skin, I wouldn't have gravitated towards this product had I not received it in a goody bag. I loved this powder. It is very fine, and so luxurious. It disappears on the skin, but it definitely does a good job at lightly mattifying and blurring the skin. This has made the short list of powders for me, I see myself repurchasing in the future.
