Very disappointing!
Have been very disappointed when using this as it just doesn’t remove my eye make up very well at all. I don’t wear heavy eye make up but this product can’t cope with removing the lightest of make up, even after three sweeps of the remover over my eyelids and lashes. I used much cheaper eye make up removers which have been much more effective.

Ineffective
Difficult to control the amount as its very liquid. It didn't take my make up off eyes properly without rubbing and stings my skin leaving skin dry. I would go for a more oil based or creamy cleanser in future. Disappointing - ended up throwing it out.

Ok but I prefer cleansing balm to remove eye make-up
I received a Travel size of this as part of the Charlotte Tilbury Advent Wardrobe last year. I wear a non-waterproof mascara. I shook bottle to mix the layers and applied to cotton pad, it does remove eye make-up with a little time. In all honesty I prefer my Emma Hardy Moringa Balm, it removes all eye make-up easily, no need to waste a disposable cotton pad and its kinder to the delicate eye area.
