Great
I buy this for my husband, who loves this eye cream. I also use it every once in a while on myself as I like the texture, rich and creamy which I much prefer to watery based eye creams, so I feel like it is really sinking in my skin. It doesn't have a strong scent too which is a bonus.

Just right
My go to eye cream. It’s just the right consistency, and is slightly heavier than some others I’ve used which I prefer, and leaves my eyes feeling fresher. I notice when I’ve used it.

I bought this as a gift, the feedback I have been given on it is that it is super nourishing, makes his eyes feel less tight and dry, it is absorbed quickly there is no real scent which he is pleased about and he absolutely loves the packaging!! He will be using this regularly in the future.

Change of formula, but not for the better
I have been using this for many years, finished my last pot and ordered 2 new pots. It was previously like a paste that melted with the heat of your skin and soaked in nicely but the formula has been changed. It's now very thin, greasy, and rubs on too easily. You will go through a pot 4 times as fast as before, obviously to get the customer to buy more of it more often (but are the new ingredients used as good as before). After using these pots up, I will definitely be looking for a new product. It's a shame as I loved the old stuff but will avoid this in future.

Soothing
I received a sample of this in store for my husband to try and he was excited to try it as he already uses Kiehl's Facial Fuel range and has noticed a positive difference in his skin. He said it applies and absorbs easily around the delicate eye area and his skin felt hydrated and nourished after using it. As it was only a small sample he cannot comment on its long term skin benefits but I think he enjoyed it enough to purchase the full size product soon.
