My favourite eyeliner
I love liquid eyeliner and am always on the hunt for the perfect combination of easy application, long lasting and a true black, and the Rare Beauty one is all of those things. Having resorted to a gel liner pot for years and getting fed up of the need for precision when applying it, I tentatively tried Rare Beauty and haven’t looked back. It’s super easy to apply, I use one hand and a mirror, doesn’t smudge and doesn’t dry out. An all around good buy.
