We can’t wait to welcome you to our brand-new store at Bullring, Birmingham. Here’s how you can join the celebrations and take home something special:

First 500 Gift With Purchase

The first 500 customers to make a purchase will receive an exclusive gift.

• Our store opens at 10am. At 7am, we will open the queue to enter the store.
• Please head to the Space NK stand at the front of store to collect an official Space NK Bullring wristband, which will make you eligible for the First 500 GWP once you make your purchase.
• Only official Space NK Bullring wristbands will be recognised for this offer.
• Please remain in the queue once you have your wristband. If you lose your place, your GWP is not guaranteed.
• No minimum spend required to redeem this gift.

Accessible queuing

We have a dedicated accessible queuing scheme for disabled customers, including those with visible and non-visible disabilities, long-term health conditions, or mobility issues.

• Show your accessibility card when collecting your wristband and you’ll be able to leave the centre and return at 10am for the store opening, joining a separate accessibility queue.
• You may bring one carer or companion with you.

Collecting your gift

After making your purchase, show your wristband and receipt at the stand on the upper level of the store (lift access available) to receive your gift.

Early arrivals

If you arrive before 7am, please note that your place in the queue is not guaranteed until you have a branded Space NK Bullring wristband. The Bullring will be open to provide a weather-protected waiting area with washroom facilities, and centre security will guide you to the best place to wait.
