Shapes and sculpts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging is simple and neat. Free from parabens, formaldehydes, and other harmful ingredients. Also cruelty free. It does sculpt the eyebrows and make them more defined. Eyebrows did stay in place. Did not give a more fuller look. A little high on price for what it does. Doesn’t have a smell.

It’s okay to use
