Cleansing balm
Received a free sample of this cleanser with an order and was delighted to try it! Consistency and texture I would give 10/10. I would say though that it has a strong smell, which is fine, but if you’re sensitive to smells I would recommend getting a sample or tester first. The muslin cloth is a nice addition. Think it’s a bit overpriced though.

The Best Cleanser
I have been using Eve Lom cleanser for over 25 years! I have occasionally tried other cleansers (I occasionally like Sisley Lyslait cleanser) but for that wonderful feeling at the end of the day of taking off all your makeup and enjoying a wonderful facial massage, Eve Lom is my trusted forever product. The muslin cloths are, in my opinion, far better than using a flannel.

The best cleanser
I have been buying this cleanser for 5+ years and have tried others but always come back to this one. A small amount us all that is needed to easily melt away make up (including waterproof mascara).

big let down
I was very disappointed by this product. It's an OG balm cleanser, and Eve Lom (along with Liz Earle) basically taught us all how to properly was our faces by hot cloth cleansing. I use a balm cleanser every night and this is was one of the worst I've ever used. I don't like the smell and the texture felt cheap instead of luxurious. It's especially over priced when you consider that the first ingredient is mineral oil - which I am not against as in a cleanser - but for what they are charging for this product I expect a better quality ingredient!) I also found this did not rinse clean at all, and actually gets stuck in my eye lashes. Buying a 200ml size of this was a huge mistake. I hate waste so I'll use it up but I will not enjoy washing my face at night again until this is all gone!
