Terms and conditions:

The grand prize (one) is for one overnight stay for two in a double or twin room at luxury hotel and spa, Danesfield House in Marlow-On-Thames, UK, including dinner and breakfast plus a Darphin facial treatment for each guest (to be chosen by the guests based on skin concerns). To be booked within three months from July 2016 and redeemed within 12 months from July 2016, subject to availability. Additionally, three runners up will receive the new Darphin L’Institute Facial Sonic Cleansing and Massaging Expert device, a personalised Antoinette Poisson wash bag and two full-size Darphin products. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Space NK (the promotor) holds no responsibility for providing the competition prizes, all of which will be supplied by Darphin and Estée Lauder Cosmetics Limited (the prize supplier). Space NK and Darphin reserve the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value. Space NK and Darphin are not responsible for the cost of any travel, insurance, food or additional expenses accrued due to this prize. The competition begins Wednesday 25th May 2016 and ends on Wednesday 8th June 2016. To enter the competition, the entrant must share a photograph on Instagram depicting how they unwind and tagging @Darphin and @SpaceNK using #SpaceNKxDarphin. Multiple entries will be accepted. One (1) grand prize winner and three (3) runners up winners will be selected at random from all qualifying UK or ROI resident entrants. The winner will be contacted by the Space NK marketing team by Friday 24th June 2016. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) working days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected at random. Open to legal residents of the UK and ROI over the age of 18, except employees of Space NK Apothecary, (the promoter) or Darphin (the supplier) and their immediate families and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion. The entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible or if any potential winner does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner may also be disqualified and an alternate potential prize winner will be determined. This promotion is not valid in the United States. Twitter/Facebook/Instagram are in no way sponsors, endorses or administers, nor are they associated with, this competition. The winner agrees to maintain his/her behaviour in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any contest- or prize-related activity.
