Very good sun block

This is brilliant as a sun block but it does leave a white cast all over - not great if you have darker skin as it has to be seriously blended in which takes forever! I only use this when I have laser treatment for my melasma or if I am in a very hot country and want to protect certain areas - it is also quite difficult to wash off - which is probably great as it works but something to be aware of.

Fab discovery

Thanks to the edit box I get to try this brand and really pleased I have. I usually use dr Dennis gross spf and love it but I must say this does the job too. Lovely texture that’s not too heavy and spreads easily. Whiteness disappears fast and no scent. Which is a plus for me as I hate the spf smell. So very pleased with this. Didn’t irritate my skin and was great with make up. I have been using this for 2 weeks now and my skin is softer. High protection so very useful at the moment but I use spf all day all year. Essential skin product for sure

Very effective

It’s a all mineral formula which is very well tolerated by by sensitive skin. It truly helps from getting sun spots if used correctly, it means at least 1 ml. When it gets on your skin it’s like glue it doesn’t budge. So you have to be very careful removing it with a balm at night otherwise it would cause blocked pores. Really recommend

No sun, exactly that!

I have been using Institut esthederm for sun protection for almost 10 years. I started with Photo regul and that worked fine for my tendency to pigmentation,but after pregnancy my pigmentation was really bad so I switched to No sun when I go on holiday and couldn't be happier. Yes- You won't tan if you put it on all the time. I use photo regul late afternoon only so I do tan a tiny bit. Yes- It's white and thick, it's total protection. Yes- You need make up remover to completely remove after a day at the beach. There are ways around some of this, I mix it up with photo regul so it's easier to apply and not as thick, as I re-apply during the day. If you don't want to tan for skin reasons, use some tan drops with your normal moisturiser so you match face tan to body tan. I used to go around with a white face and taned body until I discovered tan drops ;) I have been able to control my sentitivity to pigmentation on my 30's and the lack of sun exposure, whilst still going on holiday,this is also a benefit. My skin is much younger than my age and I think it's also thanks to the great sunprotection I have been using. No sun has been a life saver for me, but Photo reverse and photo regul are also very good. It's a personal choice. My husband does asks me to apply no sun and mixes with his standard nivea spf Brilliant product!

I bought this as I am trying to switch to a free from chemical filters sunscreen that I can use everyday. Really disappointing, leaves a white, mat layer on the skin, completely drying out my non oily skin! Made my skin feel “pulling” and was hard to wash it off!! On the positive side, it’s good for my husband to wear while playing tennis, because it stays so put!
