I purchased the Laneige glowy makeup serum on a whim. Unfortunately this product broke me out into rash. I don’t recommend this product for people that have easily irritated skin. The finish was also very sticky, and looked greasy rather than dewy. I have dry skin.

Not getting along with it
I discovered this brand via the lip products, which I love and thought they may have nailed that elusive glowy skin formulation that I've been looking for. Sadly, I can't find my way with it. Either I use so little that you don't see any benefit, or I use what feels like enough but then get a tacky residue and pilling. Maybe it's not mixing well with other products...but I'm not going to change those, so sadly I'll be finishing this bottle and continuing my search.

Glowy.
I purchased this on a whim in the search of a glowy primer. I have combination skin and find this applies nicely, but I have to be careful not to put on too much. Once applied it needs a short time to sink in, then other products layer well over it. I find it both hydrating and glow enhancing. The only thing I am not so keen on is the packaging - glass jar with pipette does not make it easy when travelling. Overall I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

This is more of a primer with a serum consistency, the formula is very liquid. You only need a little bit to create glowy skin and it leaves a slightly tacky finish that helps grip your foundation. For me this is more of a winter product. It’s not a must have for me but I did enjoy it and the packaging and formula are both really pretty.
