Olaplex purple shampoo
I do like this shampoo, you just have to remember that it will make your hands purple as well so I use this with the conditioner and wash/scrub while the conditioner is taking effect. I’ve used it the last couple of times I’ve washed my hair (normally I wash it then use the regular shampoo the next time) and the effect is quite dramatic but I do like it, I have a lot of red in my hair but it’s made the colour much cooler which I didn’t expect. I think the Olaplex range is amazing, my hair is difficult to manage but with their products it always looks good.

Gentle shampoo with effective colour toning
This is a good quality shampoo that works very well on my bleached blonde hair. It cleans and restores colour without stripping it dry. I only knock a star off because of the price compared to similar products and because I think the conditioner is actually better for the toning properties. I've tried both the conditioner and shampoo on their own and together and the conditioner seems to have a better effect - maybe because it's not lathering the pigment away? I am nit-picking though - this is still a great product if you want to refresh blonde locks.

The BEST Shampoo. Bar None.
This shampoo is incredible. Works brilliantly with the matching conditioner too. It is beyond words the best shampoo I’ve ever used in every sense, leaving hair stronger, more supple, with less breakage and excellent colour maintenance… and it smalls divine. Can’t recommend more highly.

Good but wouldn’t buy again
I really love Olaplex products and whilst I think this is also good, I probably wouldn’t buy it again as I have found similar results with much cheaper brands of purple shampoos. Great packaging and does last a long time as you only need a small amount. Would recommend using a good conditioner after as can dry hair
