Hard to beat moisturiser
I really want to find an alternative to this moisturiser as it is expensive, but so far nothing compares to how my skin looks and feels when I use it! When using the Rich Cream my skin looks hydrated and it doesn’t break out which is not the case with other brands. I love that it is also great all year round. Great moisturiser if you have the budget to get it.

Likely broke me out
This Augustinus Bader Rich Cream is a very common occurrence in advent calendars and GWPs. I've tested one 15ml bottle of this particular product and passed the other half a dozen tubes and bottles to my mother. The cream is not super-thick in consistency, but certainly leaves your skin rather dewy and moisturized. As a thirty-something with combo-to-normal skin, however, I fear this product slightly breaks me out - at least my usage of the AB Rich Cream seemed to coincide with breakouts. As for the results, I am quite uncertain if this product produces particularly visible improvements on the skin; I certainly cannot personally attest to it. On the other hand, my sixty-something mother has been happy and eager to use all of the samples and travel-sizes that I've accumulated over the years, but even she has not mentioned any amazing improvements from the cream. Moreover, I think this product is steeply overpriced for what it is.

Not for sensitive skin
I had a sample of this and was really excited to try it. Literally, within a few minutes of applying the cream to my face, my skin erupted into a painful, red rash. It was really scary and started to swell so I had to quickly rinse it off with cold water and keep applying a cold compress. I've seen other reviews where the same thing has happened and wish I had read them before trying it. I'd recommend a patch test first.

Amazing but is it worth it?
I have to admit this cream has been amazing and transforming however is it really worth £400?The cream is a miracle cream but I used it everyday and ran out very fast.Definitely NOT an investment.I would understand if it was £200 because it truly does work magic and I don’t know what I would do without it!

Not a miracle cream for me
I did have high expectations for this cream with all the excellent reviews, but like some my skin initially did get reactive after using this. I found the cream just sat on my skin, and did not feel like it was hydrated. My skin can look a bit glowy but on the verge of looking greasy especially over the nose with my combination skin, and I have noticed more small spots.
