Made my hair soft and hydrated
I have tried a sample size of Ouai Medium Hair Conditioner, and I liked it. It left my hair feeling well-conditioned and soft. Normally, my hair becomes greasy on the second day after washing, but this conditioner kept it looking decent for an extra day. Additionally, it kept my hair hydrated and free from frizz. I will most likely purchase a full-sized bottle.

Great conditioner
I tried this conditioner for the first time recently and was pleased with the results. It left my hair felt soft and shiny. It has a nice scent to it as well. I would definitely look to buy this conditioner in the future and recommend it to others looking to try it.

Nice but Not for me
I received this as a free sample recently and was excited to try it. I like the leave-in conditioner spray by the brand so I had high hopes. The shampoo was just fine, not bad, not amazing, just fine. For the price point I expected more but on this occasion it just wasn’t for me. My hair didn’t last past 2 days before I had to redo it and it was pretty hard to brush out as well.

Ok- not for me though
I received a sample of this conditioner and was excited to try it. Unfortunately my hair felt a bit greasy and weighed down and not very manageable. I was disappointed. I will caveat this review with the fact I have fine/ medium hair so perhaps the conditioner for fine hair would have been better suited. I won't be purchasing.

Smells great
This Ouai conditionner smells so good and it makes my hair very soft. The smell is the main reason I want to use it, it has their Mercer Street signature smell which has a flowery/musky fragrance and I find that it lasts longer than other conditionners I used.
