Use no more frequently than once daily, ideally in the evening.
After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad with the formula and sweep across the face and neck.
Do not use on sensitive, peeling, or compromised skin. Avoid the eye contour and contact with eyes.
Do not rinse off. Continue with additional skincare products as needed.
Contact of the product with the skin must be of limited frequency or duration.
If irritation occurs, rinse off, cease use, and consult a physician. Use only as directed on unbroken skin.

Great toner
The ordinary glycolic acid exfoliating toner is one of my holy grail skincare products. It’s my absolute go to and has really helped with my skin complexion. It’s helped improve my texture and has helped me even out my skin tone and dark spots. Love it.

A great product for the price
As good skincare seems to be increasing in price it’s nice to see The Ordinary sticking to an affordable price point, and for the price, this product does not disappoint. I always like to use an acid toner after cleansing, usually Pixi, but this time round I thought I’d try something different and now the changeover is permanent. I love this acid, it applies well, has a tiny sting (to let me know it’s working haha) but that’s gone in seconds and it then is totally absorbed. My skin looks brighter, smoother, and tighter with less pour viability. I’m very impressed and love the big bottle size!

multitasking staple!
so so so good! the price point is amazing! there are so many acids on the market but nothing can beat this simple but effective formula at such an amazing price! people buy really expensive glycolic acids that sometimes have too many unnecessary ingredients that irritate the skin. And its such a big bottle, so even better value! can use not only as an exfoliant for the face, but to lighten hyperpigmentation on the body because its such a big bottle at cheap price, so you dont need to worry about wasting money ;) it's also great on your underarms instead of deodorant, as well as to lighten the hyperpigmentation there. ive heard people saying they've used it on their scalp but I can't review it on that as I haven't tried. But I will constantly repurchase as has lightened hyperpigmentation very well, as well as cleared dark spots from acne and bacne when I was younger, and will continue to use to lighten dark spots from any break outs. My face feels so nice and smooth and glowing when I wake up the next day. Miracle product!

AMAZING, cleared my hormonal acne
I bought this as I was really struggling with hormonal acne. It evened my skin tone and reduced redness of scarring OVERNIGHT, a few months later and my skin is now completely clear of acne and scarring. I started by using the product on a cotton bud as my skin is sensitive and there was no burning. I genuinely can not recommend this product enough. THANK YOU the ordinary, I am so happy :)
