- Shake Brow Pen before use
- Starting at the highest point of the brow, apply hair-like strokes in sparse areas
- Use light pressure and work towards the end of the brow, applying in the direction of hair growth
- Next, apply hair-like strokes through the front of the brow
- Working off the back of the cap, swirl Brow Freeze into a spoolie brush and remove excess before applying
- On clean brows, brush a small amount of Brow Freeze through the brow using the spoolie brush to tame hairs into place
- Lay brow hairs down flat for a laminated effect. Keep Brow Freeze tightly sealed when not in use
