Acting as a two-toned bi-phase makeup remover, the formula is gentle enough to be used on the eye and lip area, working to dissolve even waterproof mascara. Infused with a blend of chamomile and eyebright extracts, it helps to soothe and condition the lashes and lips while refreshing the delicate skin around the eyes.
