Average moisturiser

I’ve only ever tried one moisturiser I loved, and I was hoping to add this to the list, based on the price I paid for it. Ultimately, I think it’s fine - I don’t love it, but it’s okay. It feels alright on the skin. At this price I would not repurchase.

Brilliant moisturiser

I was given a sample in store of this moisturiser (about 5ml) and it lasted me four days with application both morning and evening. Just like the sample, the full-size moisturiser melts into the skin and is only lightly fragranced which is quite neutral anyway. The packaging is simple yet impactful and offers a useful suggested application amount on the top of the lid which is useful. I have combination skin and it is hydrating enough to rehydrate my dehydrated skin but not too heavy to saturate my T-zone with moisture. I really recommend this product and my friends have commented on improved skin texture and even glow too!

Beautiful

Really beautiful creamy moisturizer. When in the pot the cream looks quite thick but glides on the skin effortlessly and is very lightweight doesn't feel heavy on the skin. My skin was exceptionally dry even after using other moisturizers but this keeps my skin hydrated and glowing all day. The pot shows just the right amount to use and a little really does go a long way. Love the way my skin feels after using this cream.

Awful - huge mistake buying this product

I bought this moisturiser as a treat to myself. It’s expensive but I thought, Caroline really knows her stuff; and trusted that this would be a good investment. I couldn’t have been more wrong - after two weeks of using this ‘moisturiser’ in the mornings, I have broken out into angry red spots, my skin is dehydrated, oily and greasy looking. I look and feel terrible. I’ve invested a lot of time and money into taking care of my skin over the last 2-3 years and I feel as though by using this awful product, I’ve taken 10 steps back. I’m really disappointed that Caroline has set such a high price for a product that clearly has no justification for this. Please, consider buying something else if you are looking for a high-end product, because I do not believe you will be getting your moneys’ worth with this.

Perfect moisturiser

I bought this to try after following Caroline Hirons for a long time, and knowing she would have high standards to put her name to something. I am not disappointed. I have normal to combination skin which can randomly be dry or greasy depending on the time of the month. The texture is perfect for me, it's creamy, so more moisturising than a gel type cleanser but not as heavy as other creams. It glides onto my skin, and sits perfectly on top of other products. My skin feels moisturised all day, and looks glowy and plump. My skin can be sensitive but I have had no issues with this product. It's rare I find a cream I can use both AM and PM, and this one I certainly can. The fragrance is quite subtle, and I would describe it as a bit floral. Have already bought another pot and it's on my holy grail list. Would recommend.
