Effective serum not a good applicator

I was super excited to try this when it was launched and purchased it as soon as it was released so I've been using it a little while now. The serum itself is very clear and thin but doesn't sink in too easily. I enjoy using the roller over my face but I don't like having to squeeze it out of there as I don't know how much I've dispensed and I always end up using more than intended. The roller doesn't seem to actually spread the product around the face or help it sink in, more of a massage tool. For me I would prefer to dispense into my hand and spread onto face and maybe the roller was in the lid and you could use that on top. As a serum though it is effective in that my skin does look great afterwards, kind of plump and glassy.

Rejuvenation Serum

I have received a full size sample of this serum to test. I have been using it for about a month and mostly over night. I have been enjoying using this serum, first time ever using a roller applicator which is also dispensing the serum and massaging the serum into the skin. I am not convinced about this method of application, as the serum is rather clear, I struggle to figure if I have applied it on the whole face/neck/. I use the roller as advised and then finish by massaging and tapping with my finger tips. Serum seems to absorb well however it pills after application of my moisturiser. Not sure if it is not compatible with my toner or/and moisturiser? Because of this pilling, I hesitate to use this serum in the morning and only use it at night. I have been happy with the results so far, my skin has improved in smoothness and firmness, calms faster when this serum is applied after exfoliation or chemical peel. My skin is oily, adult acne prone, sensitive and prone to redness, however this serum has not caused any negative side effects. I suspect much better results if applied AM and PM and on a skin that needs a good firmness and rejuvenation boost. I have observed good result of firmness especially on my neck area. I use other brand's vit C as well as retinol serums which are slightly more expensive, so may consider buying this serum in the future to replace with.

Didn't love the applicator

I do really like this serum, it applies well, absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling glowing and hydrated. My only problem was the applicator – it just didn’t seem to work right! I won’t be repurchasing, due to the fact that this seems to be a very high price point for what you actually get.

Pills

Have tried using this twice now, both times it started to pill once dry. I had to wash it off in the end as I had little pills of the product all over my face. The roller is a nice idea but you can easily squeeze too much product out. Disappointed as I generally like Kate Summerville products.

Loved the roller

Got this as a free sample. I absolutely loved the roller and how it felt on my skin. I do think my acne scarring is better after a couple of Weeks with this product. Liked that it dident have to much of a smell. Would buy it again and recommend it to a friend.
