Disappointed
I purchased this after smelling it on a work colleague and thought it smelt amazing! I was so excited to receive it. Unfortunate after smelling the product it smelt nothing like the delicious scent I was so looking forward to smelling of. Upon doing research I’d realised off other people it wasn’t the same as the original. Hoping they bring back the original and I’ll be purchasing straight away . As for this one it’s not worth the money , I could her something similar from the body shop.

Such a disappointment.
I used to use the original formal all the time and had so many compliments on it. I have just gone to buy more and seen all the comments that the formal ha been changed and will therefore not be buying. I have gone for the Rare Beauty lotion however I don't think anything will live up to the original formula though.

Changed and not for the better
I adore the original body cream, hydrating but not heavy, long lasting fragrance and was always a repeat purchase. The new one is a poor replacement for a fantastic product. There is barely any fragrance and it doesn’t last or hydrate the skin like previous. Bring back the original formula, your customers will thank you!

Why change it?!!
I have bought the original moisturiser time and time again. I have had so many compliments when using the original formula - people asking what perfume I am wearing and are surprised when I tell them it’s a moisturiser. Why would you change something so good they keep customers coming back time and time again?!! Why not listen to what your customers want? Maybe people don’t want the new formula with “added benefits” maybe people just want to buy the original with the original sent and just want to smell nice?! Why not give your customers the option and sell both?! Such a disappointment you will loose so many customers for this and the fact that you haven’t listened to all the bad reviews over multiple online stores shows you don’t listen or care for feed back. Bring back the original formula and let people have the choice! I wouldn’t even care if the original was brought back more expensive! I don’t care for all the added stuff you have added I just want a moisturiser that smells like the original and lasting scent, I went to one of ur counters today and tried some of your new version it’s terrible!!! No smell- washed down scent and left my hand really heavy and tacky. Such a shame!!

Not the same
I have a small amount left from the old body creme and they smell so different. This nw one does not last and doest smell as strong I won't be buying any more. Such a shame I have been a loyal fan for many years
