With cocoa butter and shea butter, the body lotion also contains grapeseed, argan, linseed and rosehip oils to hydrate the skin. It is fragranced with Summer Fridays' signature summer scent of warm almond, vanilla blossom and coconut. The body lotion includes hyaluronic acid and glycerin to lock in moisture. It also contains replenishing ceramides.

Okay, but way overpriced
It's not a bad lotion, but I expected way better from this brand. As other reviewers have mentioned, the scent is a bit weird and plasticky. Plus, it's not the easiest to rub in and takes a while to sink into the skin. It does feel nice and hydrating though, but I've used way better lotions for a fraction of the price.

Nice for summer
The i purchased this a few months ago. I love the packaging which is the case with Summer Fridays products. The tube means you can actually use all of the product. The consistency is perfect and sinks into the skin. Its the skin feeling soft and moisturised. The scent is vanilla-coconut and it relatively strong… which i like. If you do like a scented lotion, this one is pure perfection.

The scent is not for me
Almond as a main note would have been my speed, but it sadly plays only a cameo in the olfactory experience. I can only smell the coconut and vanilla and it is unfortunately too sickly sweet for me. Therefore I gave the Summer Fridays Summer Silk Nourishing Body Lotion to my mom, who really loves vanilla-heavy scent in this luxurious-feeling and nourishing body moisturizer. Other than the scent, I would have had no qualms falling in love with this skin-caressing product from a cruelty-free brand.

this lotion is so moisturising and hydrating in my skin. i love how it doesn’t have such a strong scent which is perfect for winter. the packaging is so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing and I personally prefer squeeze bottle for my lotions and moisturisers. love this product so much and will definitely be repurchasing
