Positive difference
I am about 1 month in and am noticing a difference in my skin (plumper), hair and nails (stronger) and I have no idea if it’s a coincidence but without changing anything else, my digestion has massively improved

Didn’t work for me
I bought two packs of these and am currently halfway through the second pack, so have given it a good go. I have some mild acne, very naturally weak nails, and some hair shedding. I haven’t noticed an improvement in my hair, skin or nails since taking these sadly, and I’ve taken them exactly as directed. On the positive side I didn’t notice any bad side effects.

Great product
I had forgotten about these pills after trying them a few years ago. I have been taking the four pills a day, they’re not small, but still easy to swallow and seem to be working really well. My nails are stronger, hair feels really strong and is glossy - and is growing very fast. I think my slight knee pains are improving too. I have just reordered a few more as I’m so impressed.
