Believe the hype
I really wanted not to like Augustinus Bader’s Rich Cream but sadly the more I used it the more I liked it. It is hard to explain but The Rich Cream is a very well balanced moisturiser.I have combination oily skin and although the cream is thick it does not leave me feeling greasy.It works a charm in both in hot and in cold weather plus it can be applied as a day or night cream. The rich cream also plays well’ with other products such as serums. The price is very high but for me justified if there is a cheeky discount code of course :) so I decided to treat myself to a little giftset!

Expensive but Great Product
AB Skincare gets mixed reviews but for me the Rich Cream has made a real difference to my skin. This set contains a 30 ml and a 15 ml. Given the 30ml stand alone product retails at £140, whilst this set is expensive it would be £210 to purchase the amount of product you get here. I can simplify my skincare routine when using this moisturiser as it is so nourishing to the skin and have definitely noticed improvement in the texture particularly on the neck and decollette area with regular use. I tend to stock up on this when there is a points offer or GWP. A great product that for me is worth the price.

I don’t get it
Usually products have something in common between name and product. These two have nothing in common. It is a not so rich cream and also does nothing special. I have tried it multiple times as they include it in all calendars and edits and wanted to like it but here I am, 30 testers later, I can’t possibly recommend this. It is just a cream.

Really good but really expensive
The cream is an icon and rightly so and it’s a first class moisturiser which makes an immediate difference to the condition of skin which improves with further use. The cream is thick and luxurious but sinks in quickly and sits so well under foundation. A little goes a long way but there’s no way round the fact that it’s very expensive.
