SPACE NK DOUBLE POINTS

Space NK's 'N.dulge in Double Points' Promotion (the 'Promotion') will run in all UK and ROI Space NK stores and online at uk.spacenk.com on Tuesday 30th May from 9am until Monday 5th June at 23.59 BST (the 'Promotion Period'), as decided by the Promoter Space NK. This promotion is not valid in the US.

Promotion
  1. N.dulge Members will receive 2 Points for every £/€1 spent on Qualifying Purchases (the 'Standard Points & the Additional Points') during the Qualifying period.
  2. The Standard Points and Additional Points will be awarded within 24 hours of making the Qualifying Purchase for store purchases.
  3. Standard rules apply to the points received.
  4. Points may be added to a Members account retrospectively at Space NK's sole discretion and will depend on individual circumstances.
  5. Qualifying Purchases may be made by any payment medium including gift cards and through N.centive redemption.
Qualification and Membership
  1. Only N.dulge Members qualify for the 'N.dulge in Double Points Promotion'. As soon as an applicant becomes a Member, they will qualify for the 'N.dulge in Double Points Promotion', even where application and membership occurs during the Promotion Period.
  2. Applicants must satisfy the Terms and Conditions of N.dulge to become a Member. This includes, but is not limited to their being 16 years or older and must have a valid address.
  3. Space NK may refuse an application for membership to N.dulge for any good reason.
  4. Once a Member has enrolled in the UK or ROI Programme they may use their N.dulge Number to accumulate Points.

  1. These 'N.dulge in Double Points' Terms and Conditions are supplementary to the N.dulge Terms and Conditions which govern the Programme. Please also read the N.dulge Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions.
  2. Space NK may amend or terminate the 'N.dulge in Double Points' Promotion at its discretion. Amendments will be reflected in these Terms and Conditions.

    SALE

    All sale and promotional items have been displayed and available to buy at the original, higher price for at least 28 days online before being reduced to the reduced price stated either on the website and in-store. Some items within the sale are promotional, therefore the price of these items are subject to change and may increase after the sale period. Standard UK delivery of Sale purchases may take up to 7 working days. Sale items may take longer to arrive due to the volume orders through our sale period.

    • Please note that while all products remain in pristine condition, due to the nature of the sale some external packaging may appear slightly worn.
    • Sale items cannot be gift wrapped.

    PRE-ORDERING

    No payment is taken for pre-ordered items until they have been despatched from our warehouse. We aim to despatch all pre-ordered items as soon as they become available for shipping. Despatch dates can be subject to change. Delivery dates will depend on the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase.

    BACK ORDERS
    Some items will be available for back order when they are out of stock and we are expecting new stock to arrive very soon to our warehouse. No payment is taken for back-ordered items until they have been despatched from our warehouse. We aim to despatch all back-ordered items as soon as they become available for shipping. Despatch dates can be subject to change. Delivery dates will depend on the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase.

    COMPETITIONS AND PRIZES

    These rules apply to all prize promotions including free draws, prize competitions and instant win offers.

    1. From time to time Space NK Apothecary will run competitions, free prize draws and promotions on this website. These may be subject to additional terms that will be made available at the time.
    2. Prize draws are open to all residents of the UK, except employees of Space NK Apothecary, the promoter and their immediate families and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
    3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
    4. Space NK Apothecary reserve the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.

    • All content that you submit may be used at Space NK's sole discretion. Space NK reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on Space NK's website that Space NK deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. Space NK does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Space NK to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, Space NK reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Space NK, are responsible for the contents of your submission.
    • None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Space NK, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.

    DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER

    Space.NK makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Space NK will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

     

    AVAILABILITY

    All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

    DELIVERY

    Deliveries can only be made within the UK and Channel Islands. Not all of our delivery options are available to all areas of the UK and Channel Islands. As all our parcels require a signature upon delivery; we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. If you have a question about delivery outside of the UK and Channel Islands we will advise you if you call our customer services team on +44 (0) 208 740 2085.

    We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. Please view our delivery options for full details. For UK delivery via courier, the courier company may take a photograph of your front door, on your property, as proof of delivery. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays. Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries however you will only incur one delivery charge. If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your order there is a separate charge for each destination address. Any delivery timescales are indicative only. Time is not of the essence.

    Upon delivery of the merchandise to you, we will provide you with sufficient information to enable you to exercise your statutory right of cancellation and address any intended cancellation to the correct addressee or to return or exchange your merchandise.     CLICK & COLLECT

    Orders placed online will be ready for collection in-store between 2-5 days from the order date. Email notifications for despatch, arrival and return to the warehouse upon non collection, will be sent to the email address provided when the order was placed.

    Our Click & Collect service is available for most but not all of our items. Items available for Pre/Back orders are excluded. We are unable to accept orders that include items for both store collection as well delivery, so in these cases please place two separate orders – one for store collection and one for postal delivery.

    When collecting your order please remember to bring a copy of your order confirmation with you.If you are unable to collect your order when it’s ready, please contact customer services on +44 (0) 208 740 2085 to arrange an alternative date for collection. We will hold your order at your chosen store for 9 days from the date of delivery to the store. After this period your order will be returned to our warehouse and your order will be refunded via your original payment.     SECURITY CHECKS

    Subject to security checks your order maybe delayed. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

    INSPECTION

    You should inspect the merchandise upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date.

    Your statutory rights are not affected.

    PAYMENT

    Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, Solo, JCB, Maestro, American Express and PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is despatched. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Space NK, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you. Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.

    CANCELLATION RIGHT

    Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from receipt. Just send us a notice of cancellation by email to customer.services@spacenk.com and return the items to us in their original, unopened and unused condition to the address below. We cannot refund the cost of delivery after dispatch. Where items are delivered to a third party you can also exercise this right, as long as you are able to return them to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

    RETURNS

    Space NK hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied please return it in its original condition within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a refund or exchange.

    Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Space NK as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. In addition to our returns policy you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Your statutory rights are not affected.

    SPACE NK GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory legal rights. For security purposes we strongly recommend that you register your Space NK Gift Card online. This will provide protection should your card become lost, stolen or damaged – click here to register your card (this process is currently unavailable for Euro gift cards).

     

    1. The Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
    2. Gift Cards can be activated with a minimum value of £10 and have a maximum value limit of £1000 or €10 and have a maximum value limit of £1000 or €1000.
    3. Gift Cards can be purchased in any UK Space NK stores (excluding Space NK Harvey Nichols counters).
    4. Gift Cards are redeemable in Space NK UK stores (including Space NK Harvey Nichols counters) and online at uk.spacenk.com. In the Republic of Ireland, gift cards are redeemable in store but not currently online.
    5. A maximum of 1 gift cards can be used per transaction.
    6. Gift cards cannot be bought or used in China. Gift cards may not be shipped to China, nor bought by a card registered in China.
    7. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards or Vouchers.
    8. Gift Cards cannot be refunded.
    9. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
    10. Gift Cards can be used for most purchases, although at certain times exclusions may apply and Space NK reserve the right to amend these at any time.
    11. Gift Cards cannot be “topped-up” (this means you cannot add more money to an existing Gift Card balance) however balances can be transferred between cards (you can move the balances from several cards onto one card for your convenience).
    12. N.dulge members will earn points on their N.dulge card when they purchase a Gift Card. N.dulge members will not earn points on their N.dulge card when they redeem a Gift Card.
    13. N.dulge N.centives (rewards) cannot be used to purchase a Gift Card.
    14. Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the activation date. Any remaining balance left on the card after 24 months will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. Please look after your card and treat it like cash while it has an outstanding/existing balance.
    15. Online orders for Gift Cards will be shipped separately to any product orders made in the same transaction.
    16. In cases where your Gift Card is lost or stolen, Space NK is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card, unless it has been registered with us online (registration online is not currently available for Euro gift cards). Space NK will only replace the balance remaining on the card account at the time of reporting the card as lost. Space NK cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a Gift Card as a result of theft or fraud. Space NK cannot be held responsible for the unauthorised use of your card where the card number and/or PIN have become known to another party. Replacement cards will be posted to your registered home address only.
    17. Where a product purchased with a Gift Card is subsequently returned, supported with the transaction receipt, the full price shown will be refunded onto a new Gift Card, however, if a receipt isn’t presented, the amount refunded onto the Gift Card will be at the current value of the product at the time of the return. If a refund is made for any purchase using a Gift Card combined with another method of payment, any refund amount owing will be credited to a new Gift Card in the first instance, and if the total to be refunded is more than originally paid using the Gift Card, any outstanding balance will be refunded by the original payment method (debit/credit card or cash).
    18. Customers must be present when they present their Gift Card in order to make purchases in-store.
    19. Space NK reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which is otherwise suspected of being potentially fraudulent.
    20. Space NK reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our Space NK Gift Cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your Space NK Gift Card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Your Space NK Gift Card is the property of Space NK who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary.
    21. Registering your Space NK Gift Card involves you disclosing personal information which includes your name, address, email address and phone number. The Space NK Privacy Policy applies wherever you are required to provide personal information.
    22. These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

    SPACE NK E-GIFTCARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. The E-Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
    2. E-Gift Cards cannot currently be purchased in any UK Space NK stores, or online, they are issued over email at Space NK’s discretion via the Customer Services Team.

We are unable to offer any assistance or advice if either issue arises. Some items cannot be shipped overseas due to legislation that prohibits the transport of good that can be considered dangerous. These will include all our aerosols, fragrances and nail varnishes. For more information and a full list, please visit the Royal Mail website. Due to selling regulations NARS cosmetics also cannot be shipped outside the UK. International parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For, and cannot exceed 2kg. Please ensure that there will be somebody available at the delivery address who will be able to provide this.
