Description

Show your true colours with By Terry Eye Base Prime to Fix, the eyelid primer that optimises eyeshadow performance.

Eyeshadow of all kinds (cream, loose or pressed powder) looks remarkably better on a smooth, even eyelid. Put a dab of Terry de Gunzburg´s professional primer onto each eyelid and smooth it in with the fingertips to fill in fine lines and create a crease free, uniform layer. The primer can also be used alone as a natural eye brightener because it eliminates discoloration to make the eyes look rested and illuminated.

Its ultimate design incorporates Colour Enhancer technology with anti-migration powders and a hydra-smoothing plant complex to improve eyeshadow hold and colour intensity. Eyeshadow does not clump, crease or fall off, and the primer´s superfine transparent pigments ensure rich, vivid hues with an impeccable finish.

Specially designed to make it easier to apply eye shadows and to improve their hold, Eye Base Prime to Fix can be used to mix and fix every type of texture and color.


This professional universal correcting base fixes and maximizes the wear and intensity of powder and cream eyeshadows. Its Color Enhancer technology combines a hydra-smoothing plant complex with anti-migration 'soft touch' powders and 'flawless finish' superfine transparent pigments.

What a huge difference not only in the intensity of the shadow colors you are applying but also wear. Furthermore, no creases remain and you have a smooth surface to work from. Worth adding this step to your routine!

I was lucky if it lasted by the time I arrived at each event and by the end of the evening my eye make up was completely creased. Hopeless and too expensive at full price. back to Nars which I have used before and I know it works.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just ok I am converted to shadow primers and found the Nars one to be really effective and keeps shadow from creasing or smudging. My eyes were a bit irritated so decided to try this in case I had developed an allergic reaction to Nars. My eye didn’t improve after using this and it is actually less good. It’s a nice product to apply but really doesn’t help eyeshadow to stay in place which is the whole point. Back to Nars I think!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay but expensive I bought this as I had previously had the By Terry Hyaluronic eye primer, which I much prefer. This doesn't feel as hydrating. I don't think my eye make up stayed on any better than usual ( I was using By Terry Ombre Blackstar with a shadow on top) but I do have very oily skin so eye make up doesn't last on me .
