Very nice eyeliner
I have this eyeliner in two colours: the darker blue and the brown. Both equally good. I find it easy to use, and like that it comes with a little twister. The product is also safe for use with sensitive eyes, and I find it lasts through my entire working day.

Pricey But Quite Nice
I really like these Sisley phyto-kohl star eyeliners. The colors are really gorgeous. They apply like a dream -- so easily and so quickly. I do find that they set fast. As far as being waterproof, I haven't really tested them (I wear contacts so I can't get water near my eyes). I do find that I get a little fallout from them as well as smudging around the outer corner of my eye as the day goes on. They are very expensive for an eyeliner, though, and the price would be my biggest hesitation and why I gave them 4 stars.

sparkling!
When I purchased this I wondered how they could claim it would sparkle. I bought the sparkling blue and it is most impressive. There is a beautiful hint of shimmer and it truly wears all day long. So much of an improvement over their older pencils . Easy to use just twist up all you need and it glides on spectacularly.

WOW, DID NOT EXPECT TO LIKE IT THAT MUCH
This is a great khol pencil: it's long-lasting, soft, smooth and easy to apply. Mine is in the color mystic green and it's perfect for my hazel eyes. I didn't expect to like it that much, since I haven't tried many Sisley's makeup products, but I was pleasantly surprised. Worth the price tag!

smooth and lasts
Another quality product from sisley, this stays all day even on my water line, application is super effortless and smooth, beautiful pigmented colors that are worth the price. Applicator is decently fine tipped and it has lasted quite a long time, mystic blue is perfect for my green eyes.
