To discover the best lipstick for your skin tone, simply bear your skin’s overall tone (fair, light, medium, olive, deep…) and undertone (cool, warm, neutral…), and ‘match’ it with a lipstick’s undertone. Generally, cool undertones will suit lipsticks with pink, purple and blue bases; warm tones will suit lipsticks with orange and yellow bases; and neutral undertones can likely pull off many shades with various undertones.
