When using for the first time, swirl #13 Powder Brush multiple times on the surface to soften the powder. Tap off excess and gently sweep onto the face to set makeup with a luminous, photo-ready finish.
Press and roll onto skin with a powder puff or #15 Precision Powder Brush to lock complexion products in place. This also works well for targeted application to smaller areas of the face, like the undereye area or around the nose.

I wanted to love this setting powder but unfortunately it’s not for me. It didn’t suit my pale skin tone as it has quite a lot of good sparkle in it, which I personally didn’t like. I’m sure it would look great on some who wanted a bit of sparkles for the festive period.
Not for me
I love NARS light reflecting setting powder Translucent but this one is not for me, it's got gold shimmers in it and medium-fine, indeed a face highlighter. Very apt for the holidays. I still prefer a matte and colorless powder to set my makeup and NARS did exactly that.

this is a really great product from nars! i always like that its not too heavy, but instead quite light and easier to layer. this is a lovely colour and makee my skin pop! easy to use and blendable. love this from nars and super cute for christmas this year! has lasted me a while!

Deserves more attention
It is a beautiful, glowy, finishing powder with a nice holiday twist. It has gold specs in it which make it a bit glowier than the original version. I really want to know why more people are not talking about it. Such a good product! I don’t know how it would look on darker skin as I am super pale.
