quite heavy and didn't absorb readily

Well, I like Kiehl’s so always happy to try a new Kiehl’s product. This is rather unusual– it is quite heavy, and didn't absorb very easily. I found it left quite a tacky residue. I have tried this both as a day and a night cream, feels nourishing and a nice subtle aroma. Just not sure I’d purchase a full-size product.

Not for me

I usually like Kiehls products but this really isn’t for me, I’ve had a sample of this lying around for a while so decided to give it a try. I started to spread this on my skin and then had to go and recheck the packet because I thought I had accidentally opened a mask as it’s that thick. No mistake so I carried on, it took ages to rub in and it didn’t really sink in. My make up went on ok but my nose went oily part way through the day. Would probably be great for someone with very dry skin but it isn’t really my type of product

Well-hydrating

My favorite thing about this product is: It feels like it performs - very hydrating I’ve been buying this moisturizer for a few years for my mom. It keeps my mom super-dry, middle-aged skin hydrated for most of the day. It does very well with fine lines, too. I apply it after a thin layer of hyaluronic moisture serum.

Best Use: Hydration, Anti-Aging

Very thick, but great for the winter

I don't currently have wrinkles (25yrs old), but I have noticed that this product helps with some fine lines I get near my eyes, it calms any red areas and it feels absolutely lovely on my skin. You don't need a lot - this is my first time trying the product and I think the tub will last me for a year at least. It is pretty thick, so better at night time or perhaps in the morning during winter. I haven't put makeup on top of it, but I imagine you'd have to wait a while before trying so that the product can fully absorb. I think I'd benefit fully from the rosa artica cream if I was older with a higher concern of wrinkles or lines but I'm hoping I can use it as a preventative measure for the future...!

Works a difference overnight!

I bought this moisturiser when suffering from an eczema flare up, i used this before bed and woke up the next day with glowing, hydrated and soothed skin and my inflammation gone. Works wonders!
